ESTATE PLANNING PACKAGE

WHAT’S IN AN ESTATE PLANNING PACKAGE ?

No California will or trust package is complete, unless it contains all of the following documents;

• Protective Medical Decisions Document (PMDD)

• Durable Power of Attorney for Finances (DPA)

• Revocable Trust (or Will)

• Pour Over Will (Including Nomination of Guardians)
